Tromsø again.

One JPG, levels edited in GIMP to produce three exposure compensations, combined into a HDR in Qtpfsgui, then the noise pattern and border were added in GIMP.

You just have to love free imaging software.

Your pictures of Tromso depict a very beautiful area. My mother's parents immigrated here for Norway, and I've always been curious.

I'm not sure just where they were from: I only know that my grandfather emmigrated from Norway to Minnesota in 1901, thence to Alberta, Canada in 1905.
